The day started with all the good stuff—bridesmaids, parents, and one very adorable puppy. Erin had the perfect morning, getting ready with her favorite people (and furry friend), and when her mom helped her into her dress, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. But the real tearjerker? Her dad seeing her for the first time. We’re talking full-on movie moment. After the happy tears were dabbed away, it was off to the historic Grosse Pointe Academy chapel, where Erin and Spencer had the kind of heartfelt ceremony that makes you believe in love all over again.
Then came the party. And what a party. The reception at the historic Grosse Pointe Yacht Club was full of energy, great music, and one particularly unforgettable surprise. Spencer, in all his charismatic glory, decided that simply dancing wasn’t enough—so he hit the floor with a full Ferris Bueller-style performance. Guests went wild. We half expected a parade to roll through the ballroom. With the perfect mix of elegance, laughter, and absolute joy, Erin and Spencer’s wedding was everything a wedding should be. And if weddings had credits, this one would have ended with “Twist and Shout” and a standing ovation.
