Some wedding days just feel easy from the very beginning, and Laura and Dare’s celebration was exactly that. The morning started at the Cambria Hotel in Shelby, where everyone eased into the day surrounded by family, friends, and plenty of excitement. The real magic happened when Laura and Dare saw each other for the first time inside the historic garage at the Packard Proving Grounds. The nerves disappeared, the smiles got even bigger, and from that moment on, they were completely wrapped up in each other. We wandered the beautiful grounds for portraits before making our way to one of the most charming ceremony locations in Michigan, where they exchanged vows beneath a beautiful avenue of towering trees.
As the sun settled lower in the sky, the celebration shifted into full party mode. Guests gathered for an incredible evening filled with great food, heartfelt toasts, and a dance floor that stayed busy from the first song to the last.
