Stepping into Michigan Central Station felt like stepping into another era. Every detail of Salman and Zara’s wedding embraced a timeless vintage charm, from the breathtaking architecture to the elegant floral designs and the beautiful vintage getaway car waiting outside. Zara looked absolutely stunning thanks to Amanie’s flawless makeup and Wedian, better known as Hairbae, while the incredible team at AK Floral transformed the historic space into something both romantic and unforgettable. Couture Events and Event Theory completed the vision with elegant rentals that perfectly complemented one of Detroit’s most iconic landmarks. Classic never goes out of style, and neither do these two.
As elegant as the day was, Salman and Zara made sure it was every bit as fun. Guests enjoyed an incredible feast from Sakura Desi Catering and Plateful, served seamlessly by Alpha Staffing, with coffee from Qahwah House, desserts from Gateaux Patisserie, and a beautiful cake by Fab Cakes making sure nobody left hungry. The celebration came alive with DJ Mixta, Furteelay, Midtown Strings, and the unmistakable energy of the dhol, creating a dance floor that stayed packed all night long. Vintage Luxury delivered the perfect transportation, while 360 Your Event and Bouquet Exit added memorable finishing touches to an already spectacular celebration.
