The gardens at Filoli House and Gardens were in full bloom, and so were Samir and Brooke. With vibrant flowers surrounding them and the golden spring sunlight filtering through the trees, Samir picked the perfect moment to pop the question. It was like a scene straight out of a romance movie—except better, because it was real. And honestly, we think Brooke’s reaction could win an award. Shock, joy, maybe a few happy tears—it was all there. The best part? The gardens were practically empty, giving them their own little storybook moment to soak it all in. This is why we love shooting proposals. The raw emotion, the surprise, the moment two lives officially start a new chapter—it never gets old.
With the excitement still buzzing, we wandered through the stunning grounds for engagement photos. Every turn brought another jaw-dropping backdrop, from manicured hedges to fields bursting with color. Samir and Brooke couldn’t stop smiling, laughing, and sneaking little glances at each other. Their love was as bright as the flowers around them, and their energy was downright contagious. Proposal sessions like this remind us just how magical it is to freeze these once-in-a-lifetime moments in time.
