Savannah and Blake | The Henry Ford Wedding Photography

A second celebration, a whole lot of love, and one very iconic setting made Savannah and Blake’s Michigan reception something truly unforgettable. After tying the knot in Arizona, they brought the party home to celebrate with family and friends at The Henry Ford Museum. Yes, a full-on wedding reception inside a historic museum. Guests were greeted with incredible energy, amazing food, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you look up mid-conversation and say, “Wait… is that a plane above us?” It was equal parts intimate and grand, which somehow made it even more special.

Before the party kicked off, Savannah threw on a warm white cape and braved the Michigan chill with Blake for some seriously stunning outdoor portraits. Worth it. Every second. We then headed inside for elegant photos that felt timeless against the museum’s dramatic backdrop. Once the reception got rolling, it was all laughter, hugs, and a dance floor that kept calling people back for just one more song. This was not just a celebration. It was a reunion, a party, and a perfect way to bring their story full circle.

And just when guests thought the night could not get any cooler, Savannah and Blake introduced The Monochrome Collection. This photographer-led photo station quickly became the place to be. Guests stepped in, struck their best editorial poses, and walked away with stunning black and white portraits that felt straight out of a Vogue spread. It was equal parts fun and fashion, and let’s just say no one needed much convincing to jump in front of the camera. By the end of the night, Savannah and Blake received a full gallery of their guests looking incredible, which might be one of the most unique and meaningful keepsakes you can imagine. It was such a creative way to elevate the reception and give everyone a moment to shine. Be sure to check out a few of our favorite Monochrome Collection portraits at the end of this gallery.
